This October we would like to recognise Nick Veljovic as our Schokolade Volunteer of the Month.

It is no easy feet to get a club up and running at the start of the season and for some it appears seamless. Without Nick's dedication and tireless effort, not only around the ground but in the clubhouse we would not have kicked off the season like we have.

Nick has taken the role of captain of the second XI not to mention assisting Jason Disney (director of coaching) and Sean Meehan (President) in not only attracting some of our new players but helping them get settled.
With over half of his family playing cricket at Temps, Nick is at the club most days and if he's not training, he helps coach, paint lines out just get stuff done.

Nick is also a valued member of the committee and has been instrumental in attracting new valuable sponsors to the club and using those contacts to have the clubhouse thoroughly cleaned and looking better than it had in years.

We are Proud to announce Jackson Edwards as our marquee player for the RDCA T20 comp. Jacko is a temps junior, who made his way through the ranks in senior cricket making his 1st XI debut at the young age of 14. This week we saw 5/6 wins from all senior sides, an impressive performance from all players. Our player in focus this week is our First XI captain, Lincoln Wong! Linc was instrumental in their win over at Yarra Junction, including 2/20 off his 6 overs followed by a 68 not, taking our ones to their second win of the season.

A proud moment for the club as Jordan Roberts and Ben Henderson were officially presented with their 1st XI caps over at Chirnside Park on the weekend.

Congratulations Ben (cap no. 204) and Jordan (cap no. 205)! Also special thanks to Jason Disney and Tyson Henry for presenting these boys their caps. ❤️💙

In a round that was full of action we managed to see seven half centuries across all grades, with multiple great spells of bowling. This brought 4 out of 6 wins from our senior sides.

Player in focus this week is our player coach Jordan Roberts, who lit it up over at Chirnside Park with a great score of 92 not out. Jordan's 92 included 13 boundaries and put our first XI in a great spot to go on and win the game. Jordan was also handy with the ball, taking 1/29 off his 5 overs.
